No, two members in the same group can not have the same name. A name is associated with a cell number. Hence a name once registered with RakuRaku will only be assigned to the cell number who requested for it first. Only one name can be registered for a cell number. In case you have requested for a name that already exists RakuRaku will respond with an alternative name created with the closest name possible.
